Waterfront Motel in beautiful Nagambie is looking for a friendly, experienced Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our 40-room lakeside property.

About the Role

This is the perfect prospect for someone who enjoys providing exceptional customer service in a relaxed, scenic environment. This is a casual position across varying shifts, so flexibility is key — and you must be available to work weekends. You will manage front desk operations and ensure our guests feel right at home.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Welcoming guests and handling check-ins and check-outs
- Answering phone and email enquiries
- Managing reservations and bookings
- Liaising with housekeeping for room readiness
- Providing general guest assistance with warmth and professionalism

What we’re looking for





- Previous experience in reception, hospitality, or customer service
- Availability to work varying shifts, including weekends
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confident working independently
- A warm, professional attitude and attention to detail
- Experience with booking systems is a plus (but training can be provided)
