About the role

Revelation Fighters in Clyde North is looking for an energetic Muay Thai Coach to lead our weekday Muay Thai and K1/Muay Thai classes. You'll coach everyone from first-timers to experienced strikers, and help the members who want it build all the way up to fight level.

This role is for a coach who genuinely loves the sport and will put in the work for their students — including extra time outside class when someone needs it.

Classes and hours The role covers 8 hours of classes a week, Monday to Friday evenings. No Saturdays.

- Monday: 6:00 – 7:30pm Muay Thai (Intermediate – Advanced), 7:30 – 8:30pm K1 / Muay Thai (Beginners)
- Tuesday: 8:00 – 9:00pm K1 / Muay Thai (All levels)
- Wednesday: 6:00 – 7:30pm Muay Thai (Intermediate – Advanced), 7:30 – 8:30pm K1 / Muay Thai (Beginners)
- Thursday: 8:00 – 9:00pm K1 / Muay Thai (All levels)
- Friday: 8:00 – 9:00pm Muay Thai (Intermediate – Advanced)

All shifts are rostered and logged through Deputy. Classes start in 2027.

What you'll do

- Plan and run high-energy Muay Thai and K1 classes for beginners and Muay Thau classes for advanced students
- Teach clean technique: stance, footwork, kicks, knees, elbows, clinch, defence and combinations
- Keep every class safe, well-paced and welcoming, so current members want to come back
- Spot members with fight potential and build them up — skills, conditioning and confidence — toward interclub, smokers and fights
- Hold pads and give one-on-one feedback during class




- Stay back or come in early to help students who need extra work, especially those preparing to fight
- Work with the head coach on curriculum, gradings and fight preparation
- Arrive on time, set up and pack down the training area, and follow gym policies

Who we're looking for

Must have

- Strong Muay Thai background, with fight or competition experience preferred
- Experience coaching or assisting classes at all levels
- Energy and enthusiasm — you lift the room and keep students pushing
- A genuine drive to develop fighters, and willingness to put in extra time to get them there
- Reliable and punctual: available Monday to Friday evenings
- First Aid certificate, or willing to obtain one before starting
- Working with Children Check (Victoria), or willing to obtain one before starting

Nice to have

- Experience cornering fighters
- A coaching qualification or personal training certification

Job Type: Casual Pay: $50.00 – $80.00 per hour
