About Us

We’re looking for two people to join our Operations team on a casual basis as our workload grows.

We help homeowners and businesses with mould remediation and restoration. Our clients range from real estate agents and builders to food manufacturers, animal hospitals, community housing organisations, and other commercial businesses.

Your New Role In this casual position, you will travel to jobs across Greater Sydney using your own car or taking public transport.

Working alongside a Team Leader, you’ll help with mould remediation and restoration jobs at client sites. It’s a wide-ranging, hands-on role where you’ll work with the team and interact with customers along the way.

Key responsibilities include:

- Helping with mould remediation and restoration work using specialised equipment and cleaning techniques, including structural drying where needed (training provided)
- Helping with small demolition jobs, such as removing cabinets and carpets
- Keeping your jobs organised and working through them in a timely manner
- Taking pride in your work and ensuring our customers are happy with the results
- Using a smartphone app to record the work you’ve completed
- Following safe work practices on site (training provided)
- Keeping an eye out for any issues and letting management know

What we’re looking for Ideally, you’ll have some of the following:





- Practical experience in a hands-on role, such as labouring, a trade apprenticeship, technical work, restoration, mould remediation, building, cleaning, sanitisation, or landscaping
- Comfortable with physical work, including lifting and carrying up to 20 kg
- Keen to learn, reliable and trustworthy
- Happy to travel to different job sites across Greater Sydney using your own car or public transport
- Comfortable communicating in English with customers and the team
- Some experience using hand tools would be helpful
- Comfortable following a set of steps to get a job done
- Some experience using smartphone apps would be helpful
- Have a current White Card, or be willing to obtain one
- Have a Working with Children Check and a current Police Check, or be willing to obtain these
- Have the legal right to work in Australia
