Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain high-level and low-level network designs, topology diagrams, service mappings and interface specifications.
- Design QoS, OAM, protection switching, synchronization, alarms and network management integration.
- Design VMR transport for V.28 and 4W E&M; interfaces, including geo-redundant FOXMAN/UNEM NMS requirements.
- Prepare lab designs, bills of materials, rack layouts, cable schedules, configurations and technical documentation.
- Validate VMR audio, signaling, voter operation, automatic changeover, alarms, recovery and latency.
- Plan and execute FAT, FIT, SAT and SIT activities; document results and resolve issues.
- Support network configuration, service provisioning,



end-to-end testing and cutover.
- Participate in design, requirements, interface and HAZOP workshops, and close review actions.

Required Skills and Experience

- Hands-on experience designing and delivering MPLS-TP networks, including HLDs and LLDs.
- Experience with Hitachi MPLS-TP equipment and FOXMAN/UNEM NMS.
- Strong knowledge of QoS, OAM, protection switching, synchronization and service provisioning.
- Experience integrating legacy voice or radio interfaces, particularly VMR, V.28 or 4W E&M.;
- Experience in network testing, commissioning, acceptance testing and cutover.
- Robust technical documentation, troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills.
