Truck Driver – Vehicle Transport (Hino 4-Car Carrier)

Ballina-Based | Casual | 25–30 Hours Per Week | Multi-Site Role

Quayside Motors & Sharp Motor Group are seeking a reliable and experienced Truck Driver to operate our Hino 4-car carrier, transporting vehicles safely and efficiently between our dealership locations in Lismore, Ballina, Tweed Heads, and Surfers Paradise.

This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys being on the move, and can manage a busy transport schedule with professionalism and attention to detail. Early morning starts may be required.

What You’ll Bring

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience driving a similar truck and trailer

- Minimum MR (Condition B) licence required — HC licence highly advantageous

- Solid knowledge of the Mid-North Coast and Gold Coast regional road networks

- Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and show initiative

- Physically fit and capable of strapping down vehicles and handling ramps

- Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude





- High attention to detail and pride in the presentation of the truck

- Reliability, professionalism, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- A clear driving history and National Police Clearance

What the Role Involves

- Safely transporting vehicles between all Sharp Motor Group locations

- Ensuring correct loading, securing, and unloading of vehicles

- Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the truck

- Following schedules and transport requirements as provided

- Representing the dealership professionally on the road and onsite
