The Opportunity

Working directly with experienced development leaders, you will gain exposure to the full development lifecycle, from acquisitions and feasibility analysis through to planning, design, delivery and project completion.

- Lead and manage development projects from acquisition through to delivery.
- Prepare and interrogate financial feasibilities, development appraisals and cash flow models.
- Coordinate consultants, planners, engineers and external stakeholders.
- Manage planning approvals, design development and project risks.
- Support acquisitions, due diligence and investment decision-making.
- Monitor project performance against financial and commercial objectives.
- Present recommendations and project updates to senior leadership.

You will ideally bring:

- Experience within property development, land development, industrial, commercialor a related sector.
- Robust financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to assess feasibilities and development economics.
- Proven stakeholder and consultant management skills.
