Occupational Therapist | Revive Health Mildura

Revive Health Mildura is seeking a motivated Occupational Therapist to join our growing multidisciplinary team. Operating out of our state-of-the-art facility, you will work alongside Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists to provide high-quality, integrated care.

Our practice is deeply embedded in the community, providing essential services across the NDIS, Support at Home Packages, and the private sector.

About the Role

This role offers incredible clinical variety. You will support clients in our modern clinic—utilising our large rehab gym and advanced technology—as well as visiting clients in their homes to support independent living.

Your caseload will include:

- NDIS: Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA), sensory processing, and ongoing therapeutic support.

- Support at Home: Support-at-home package clients, home modifications, and falls prevention.

- Private Practice: A range of clinical needs, including Hand Therapy and post-surgical rehabilitation.

- Assistive Technology: Prescribing equipment to enhance daily living and safety.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver evidence-based OT interventions across NDIS, aged care, and private sectors.





- Conduct home safety assessments and prescribe Assistive Technology (AT).

- Provide clinical hand therapy, including splinting and upper limb rehabilitation.

- Work collaboratively with our PTs and EPs to ensure holistic client outcomes.

- Complete high-quality reporting and documentation for NDIS and Home Care providers.

Essential Criteria

- Bachelor or Master of Occupational Therapy.

- Current AHPRA registration.

- Strong communication skills for building rapport with NDIS participants and elderly clients.

- Current Driver’s License for community-based visits.
