About the role

Looking for a fresh start or the next step in your painting career?

We are looking for a Painter / Brush-hand to join our team.

You don't need to be a fully qualified painter. If you've got some experience on the tools, a good attitude and you're keen to improve your skills, we want to hear from you.

We're looking for someone who wants consistent work, a good crew around them and the opportunity to build a long-term career in the painting industry.

- Masking and protecting work areas

- General site setup and clean-up

- Working alongside painters and other trades

- Learning different painting systems & techniques

Who We're Looking For

We're not necessarily looking for the most experienced painter in Melbourne.

Attitude, reliability and willingness to learn are just as important to us.

You'll be a great fit if you:

- Have some previous painting or brushhand experience

- Enjoy hands-on work

- Take pride in doing a job properly

- Turn up on time and can be relied on

- Are keen to learn and improve your skills

- Enjoy working as part of a team

- Are comfortable dealing with customers

Why Join Us?

We're building a strong team and want people who can grow with the business.

You'll get

- Full-time, consistent work

- Competitive pay based on experience

- Opportunities to learn spraying & different painting systems

- Variety of projects – not the same thing every day

- A good team workplace

- Opportunity to step up and take on more responsibility

If you're currently working as a brush-hand, painter, trade assistant or have some painting experience and want to take it further, we'd like to hear from you.

Good attitude. Good work ethic. Willing to learn.

If that sounds like you, apply through SEEK and tell us a little about yourself and your experience.
