The Organisation Our client is an established organisation seeking an experienced Finance Officer to join their team on a part time basis. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for flexibility while maintaining a varied and hands on finance role.
The Role Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the day to day finance function and ensuring financial transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Managing accounts payable and receivable processes
- Processing invoices, payments and supplier reconciliations
- Completing bank and general ledger reconciliations
- Assisting with month end processes and reporting
- Responding to internal and external finance queries
- Supporting process improvements and general finance administration
About You We are looking for an experienced Finance Officer who is comfortable managing competing priorities and working autonomously within a small team. Ideally, You Will Have
- Previous experience in a similar Finance Officer or Accounts Officer role
- Strong accounts payable and receivable experience
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confidence working with accounting systems and Excel
- A proactive, flexible approach and willingness to assist wherever required
