About the role

This role leads the delivery of the StrategicProperty Portfolio and provides expert advice on strategic property matters,including acquisitions, disposals, property investigations and portfoliooptimisation. Through analysis, business cases and strategic advice, the rolesupports informed decision‑making that delivers community, service andfinancial outcomes.

Skills and experience

- Significant experience in strategic property,land management, property transactions, acquisitions and disposals.




- Experience leading complex propertyinvestigations, feasibility assessments and business case development.
- Strong knowledge of property governance,legislation and statutory processes, including land management and tenurematters.
- Highly developed analytical, communication,negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to provide strategic advice andrecommendations to support organisational decision‑making.
- A tertiary qualification in Property, PropertyEconomics, Valuations, Planning, Commerce, Law, Asset Management or a relateddiscipline.
