What you’ll be doing

- Leading private styling appointments with confidence, empathy and exceptional attention to detail.
- Delivering a luxury client experience from the first welcome through to the final fitting.
- Building genuine, lasting relationships with every client while creating memorable experiences.
- Achieving and exceeding personal sales targets through outstanding service rather than hard selling.
- Supporting the boutique leadership team and contributing to a positive, team-oriented culture.
- Maintaining impeccable presentation of the boutique while managing appointments, client follow-up and administration seamlessly.

What we’re looking for

- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager, Senior Stylist, Department Manager or high-performing luxury retail professional.
- A minimum of three years' experience in premium retail, luxury fashion, beauty or another client-focused environment where exceptional service is paramount.
- A confident communicator who can build trust quickly and create meaningful client relationships.
- Commercially driven with a proven ability to achieve sales targets while delivering an elevated customer experience.
- Calm under pressure with excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Impeccable personal presentation and a genuine passion for luxury retail, styling and people.
- A collaborative leader who enjoys supporting, mentoring and celebrating the success of those around them.

The Role: Season Casual Stylist | Miranda

Our stores are the heart of DISSH, and we’re looking for passionate and customer-focused individuals to join our Seasonal Casual team.

We have multiple positions available for vibrant, passionate, and hands-on individuals to join the DISSH team as a Seasonal Casual Stylist from October 2026 through to February 2027 .

Our stylists have the opportunity to join our collaborative and fun in-store environment to work toward incredible incentives, teamwork and providing experiential retail for our customers.

- Embody the DISSH Core Values and share our brand story with our customers.
- Opportunity to achieve generous wardrobe allowances (no individual targets – success is based on team performance).
- Learn and share product knowledge from features and benefits, sustainable impact all the way through to garment care.
- Operational day-to-day stock management to maintain a visually aesthetic, relevant,



and fully replenished store.
- Provide 1-on-1 styling for the DISSH customer.
- Build valuable retail and styling experience with one of Australia’s fastest-growing fashion brands.

To succeed, you will have:

- A friendly and approachable disposition. You will be focused on creating lasting relationships with customers to keep them returning.
- Experience in customer service within a fashion retail environment is highly regarded but not essential.
- A proven track record of understanding and achieving performance indicators in a customer-facing environment.
- A personal connection to the DISSH brand and our product.
