Part-time Position - All RangeCare sites (where all of our clients reside on the Sunshine Coast & Gympie)

Duties and Tasks (complete list, via the Position Description)

- Conduct physiotherapy assessments and develop goal-focused intervention plans;
- Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions that support rehabilitation, reablement and functional independence;
- Monitor client outcomes and adapt interventions in response to changing needs;
- Support clients to maintain independence and continue living safely within their community;
- Assess mobility, transfers,



balance and falls-related risks.

Key Selection Criteria (complete list via the Position Description)

- Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy;
- Demonstrated clinical assessment and intervention skills relevant to community physiotherapy practice;
- Knowledge of rehabilitation, reablement, mobility assessment and falls prevention principles;
- Ability to work independently within a community setting.
