What You'll Be Doing

- Supporting the leadership of a high-performing showroom team.
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences and sales outcomes.
- Learning how to coach, motivate and develop team members.
- Assisting with showroom operations and performance reporting.
- Driving appointment conversions and achieving sales targets.
- Working closely with experienced leaders to build your management capability.
- Developing the skills required to progress into a future Showroom Manager position.

What We're Looking For





- Proven success in a retail sales environment.
- Leadership experience or demonstrated leadership potential.
- Experience within furniture, electrical, home improvement or similar retail industries.
- A strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A positive, motivated and results-driven mindset.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and retail systems.
- Structured leadership and management development.
- Explicit pathway to a Showroom Manager role.
