About the role

We’re looking for a motivated and organised Part-Time Sales Assistant to support the Christine Tucker team, working predominantly across the Mermaid Waters area.

This is a 10-month maternity leave contract, working Mondays and Tuesdays, making it an ideal opportunity for someone seeking part-time work while gaining valuable experience alongside an established local sales team.

You’ll play an important role in keeping the business running smoothly, supporting day-to-day sales activities and helping deliver an exceptional experience for buyers and sellers.

While the initial position is a fixed-term maternity leave cover, there may be opportunities to explore ongoing roles within Coastal Property Agents at the end of the contract, depending on business needs and available opportunities.

What you'll be doing

- Supporting the team with day-to-day sales administration and coordination.

- Assisting with buyer enquiries, client follow-ups and database management.

- Coordinating appointments, property inspections and open homes as required.

- Preparing sales documentation and maintaining accurate property records.

- Supporting listing campaigns and ensuring marketing materials are organised.





- Building positive relationships with buyers, sellers and local community members.

- Helping the team deliver a professional and seamless client experience.

What we're looking for

We're seeking someone who is proactive, reliable and takes pride in getting the details right.

You'll ideally bring

- A current Queensland real estate registration or relevant sales qualification.

- Previous experience in real estate or a sales support role, highly regarded.

- A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle to travel between properties when required.

- Excellent communication skills and a confident, professional approach.

- Robust organisation skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.

- A high level of attention to detail and confidence using computer systems.

- A positive, team-focused attitude and a genuine interest in real estate.
