Casual Personal Trainer | Kareela

We are Jamie Fitness, and we are looking for a casual personal trainer to coach clients one-to-one in Kareela. Your client base is something you grow over time. There is no ready-made book of clients, and full time hours are not guaranteed.

Availability

You will need four afternoons or evenings each week, approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings. This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.

Qualifications

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.

Pay structure

You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission. The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:

- $40.17 an hour (up to 25 client hours a week)
- $45 an hour (25 to 30 client hours a week)
- $55 an hour (30 or more client hours a week)
- No gym rent is charged.



Jamie Fitness handles marketing and administrative support.

Day to day Be part of our mentoring and team workshops. Help prospective clients understand the training offer. Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems. Run one-to-one training sessions with clients.
