At Aspect Health, we’re looking for a customer-focused pharmacist who is curious, keen to learn and ready to explore a different scope of pharmacy practice. You’ll have opportunities to work within our pharmacy and in aged care facilities, building your confidence and developing relationships with residents, nurses, doctors and care teams.

You don’t need previous aged care experience - we’re looking for the right attitude, a commitment to great service and a willingness to grow.

Your Opportunity

With guidance and support, you’ll:

- Deliver safe, accurate dispensing and medication management services for aged care residents.

- Respond to enquiries with care, professionalism and a focus on finding solutions.





- Build trusted relationships with facility staff, prescribers and other healthcare professionals.

- Develop your understanding of residents’ medication needs and contribute to continuity of care.

- Work collaboratively with pharmacists, technicians and pharmacy assistants.

- Contribute to onsite facility vaccination clinics and customer care related Pharmacist activities.

- Build your confidence in supporting and guiding the wider pharmacy team.

- Contribute to quality, compliance and improvements in the way we deliver our services.

About You

You may be newly registered, or have a couple of years of experience and be ready for your next opportunity.

You’ll bring

- Current AHPRA registration as a pharmacist.

- Ability to vaccinate with current CPR.

- A customer-focused approach and a genuine interest in supporting older people.

- A willingness to ask questions, learn from others and develop your clinical skills.

- Clear communication and a friendly, professional manner.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to safe pharmacy practice.

- A collaborative approach and the confidence to seek guidance when needed.

- An interest in working across pharmacy and aged care facility settings.

- A valid drivers licence and the ability to drive to facilities when required.
