The role will:

Providing a courteous, professional and positive customer service experience to internal and external customers, the Planning Administration Officer delivers high-quality administrative support to the Planning & Investment team to ensure the productive coordination of day-to-day activities, effective communication and smooth delivery of team priorities.

Our ideal candidate:

- Has excellent communication, interpersonal and customer relations skills.
- Has experience in the use of software packages and databases including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Has previous experience in an administrative role.
