About the Role As a key part of our operations team, you’ll be responsible for operating heavy machinery to construct and maintain roadways and ditches, clean water channels, install heavy steel pipes, and maintain other infrastructure essential to the productive operation of Cubbie Station.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

- Work as a multiskilled operator across a range of heavy earthmoving machinery, including loaders, graders and excavators.




- Operate a grader to grade and level roads, fields, and other surfaces according to specifications.
- Maintain accuracy in grading to ensure optimal road and surface conditions.
- Operate excavators to clean water channels, ensuring efficient water flow and irrigation.
- Maintain accuracy in excavation work to ensure optimal infrastructure and water management.
- Install heavy steel pipes and other infrastructure components as required.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on machinery to ensure it is in proper working condition.
- Work collaboratively with other equipment operators, site supervisors, and team members.

About You

- To be successful in securing this position, you will need:
- Proven experience operating excavators, graders and other machinery.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to safety & quality.
- Current manual driver’s licence (HR licence desirable).
