We are currently assisting Myer as they seek passionate and experienced individuals to join teams across Highpoint, Chadstone and Melbourne CBD.

n

n

These are permanent part-time positions with Myer and working across all trading hours. Available hours vary from 25 – 35 hours per week depending on the role.

n

Currently available roles include:

Counter Managers (Highpoint, Chadstone & Melbourne City):

n

Representing our prestigious brand range, you will lead your team to success.

n

n
- You will lead by example as you drive counter performance, develop customer relationships and support your team to achieve sales targets and increase brand rankings.
n
- Your strong experience as a Counter Manager or Boutique Manager,



will see you able to operate independently as you take control of your counter.
n
- You must have worked within the retail environment, ideally within fast paced department stores.
n

2IC (Melbourne CBD)

n

n
- Whether you have been working as a 2IC or you are ready to take the next step and continue to develop your proven leadership skills, this fast paced role could be perfect for you.
n
- Support the Counter Manager in the daily operations of the counter whilst supporting team development, building customer engagement and driving sales performance.
n
- Engage with your customers, showcasing the gorgeous fragrance range
n
- Champion exceptional customer experience through personalised fragrance consultations, confident product recommendations and proactive customer engagement to build brand loyalty and achieve sales results for the counter.
n

Across all roles, you’ll be responsible for bringing our brands to life, creating meaningful customer connections and identifying opportunities to drive sales.

n

n

You will have:

n

n
- Previous experience within a department store or fast paced boutique environment, ideally with experience in luxury fragrance, beauty or luxury retail.
n




- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and confidently convert customer interactions into sales.
n
- Strong product knowledge, with a genuine passion for fragrance and luxury brands.
n
- A proactive approach to customer engagement, client development and building brand loyalty.
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
- Impeccable personal presentation and grooming.
n
- A positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to support wider business objectives.
n
- Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and peak trading periods.
n
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience within a retail or department store environment is highly regarded.
