Reporting to the Group FP&A; Manager, you will partner closely with the Business Services leadership team and broader finance function to deliver insightful financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and commercial analysis.This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the finance support model across Property, Fleet & Plant, and Supply Chain functions while influencing strategic decision-making across the business.About the RoleLocation: Collins Street, Melbourne.Work type: Full time permanent.Working arrangements : Supporting hybrid working, 3 days in office 2 days from home.About the roleAs a trusted finance partner, you'll provide meaningful financial insights that support operational and strategic outcomes. You'll be responsible for month-end reporting, forecasting, budgeting, investment analysis, and driving continuous improvement across reporting frameworks, systems, and processes.Partner with executive and senior leaders to deliver high‑quality financial insight and decision supportLead monthly P&L; reporting, including detailed variance analysis, commentary, and performance metricsSupport end‑to‑end rolling forecasts and the annual budgeting process, providing insights into cost drivers, trends, and workforce utilisationDeliver timely and accurate recharges, journal entries,
