You'll sit across finance and operations, working closely with divisional leadership to drive performance, inform decision-making, and provide meaningful financial insight across a diverse service offering.The RoleReporting to the FP&A; Manager, you will serve as the primary finance partner to a key operational division, delivering forward-looking financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting. This role goes well beyond numbers, you'll be a trusted commercial advisor to operational leaders, translating complex financial data into clear and actionable insights.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner closely with operational leadership to deliver timely and insightful financial reporting, including variance commentary and KPI analysisDrive the annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes, maintaining strong forward-looking financial discipline across the divisionProactively identify financial risks, trends, and opportunities,
