In this role, you will take full ownership of the equipment finance transaction lifecycle, servicing an existing client base, collaborating with our broader broker network for internal leads,



and delivering tailored asset funding solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end broking process for equipment, vehicle, plant, and machinery finance transactionsConsult with clients, business owners, and commercial partners to understand their asset funding requirementsAnalyze financial statements, business cash flows, and lender credit policies to structure optimal asset finance dealsBuild and maintain strong relationships with bank and non-bank asset finance underwriters and BDMsWork collaboratively with internal residential and commercial brokers to convert cross-referral opportunitiesEnsure all files are compliant, accurately documented, and progressed efficiently from application to settlementSkills & ExperienceProven experience as an Equipment Finance / Asset Finance Broker (this is an experienced role, not a entry-level seat)Established client base and referral network that you can continue to service with no non-compete restrictionsIn-depth technical knowledge of equipment finance products, lender policies, and tax-effective structuresStrong financial analysis, communication, and negotiation skillsHigh level of self-motivation, drive, and sense of urgencyCertificate IV or Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking (or willingness to complete)Be careful - Don’t provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
