Our client is an established Sydney-based property developer specialising in residential housing projects across the Hills District.
Reporting to the Project Manager, you'll coordinate day-to-day site activities to keep construction projects running smoothly and on schedule. Your responsibilities will include monitoring progress, coordinating trades and deliveries, arranging inspections and maintaining site records. You'll work closely with subcontractors, suppliers and consultants, while the Project Manager retains overall responsibility for project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor construction progress on site and keep the Project Manager updated
- Assist the Project Manager with daily site operations and follow up on construction issues
- Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants and other stakeholders on site matters
- Carry out quality and safety inspections against project standards and regulations
- Manage project documentation, including drawings, reports, meeting minutes and site records in Procore
About You
- Experience in site construction or project coordination. Graduates with relevant degrees will be considered
- Able to read and interpret construction plans, drawings and specifications
- Comfortable on site and confident talking with trades and suppliers
- Organised with records and paperwork
- Degree in construction, architecture, engineering or a related field
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other drafting or design software
