The Opportunity

Due to growth they are seeking a talented junior banking & finance lawyer.

This is not a role where you will be stuck in a back room reviewing documents. You will work directly alongside senior practitioners and partners and gain 'hands on' experience and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities

- Draft, review, and negotiate complex loan facility structures and security documentation.




- Assist in managing transactional files from inception through to financial close.
- Provide regulatory compliance advice across consumer and corporate lending frameworks.
- Conduct legal due diligence and prepare comprehensive advice for bank and non-bank lenders.
- Build and maintain genuine relationships with institutional clients and private credit providers.

About You

- 1–2 years PQE with exposure to banking and finance law or mid-market commercial property transactions.
- Our client may consider newly admitted lawyers with strong paralegal experience in banking & finance law.
- Excellent drafting skills and razor-sharp attention to detail.
- A commercial mindset—you understand that law is an enabler of business.
- A cooperative attitude and the desire to work in a high-energy team environment.
