Irwin’s Plumbing is expanding, and we’re looking for experienced Residential Maintenance Plumbers to join our Brisbane team.

You’ll receive a strong hourly base, a $5,000 sign-on bonus*, separate weekly performance bonuses, flexible working hours, a brand-new take-home ute and consistent pre-booked residential work.

Our dedicated office team coordinates your bookings, scheduling and customer support—allowing you to focus on diagnosing problems, presenting professional solutions and completing quality work.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Residential plumbing maintenance and fault finding

- Blocked drains, jet blasting and CCTV inspections

- Water leaks, fixtures and hot-water systems

- Emergency and reactive maintenance

- Diagnosing faults and clearly explaining your findings

- Completing approved work to a high professional standard

- Delivering an excellent customer experience

Earnings, Equipment & Support

- $55–$70 per hour Super, based on experience

- $5,000 sign-on bonus*

- Separate, transparent weekly performance bonuses

- High-performing technicians can earn $200,000–$250,000

- Certificate III or IV in Plumbing

- Residential maintenance experience
