GOOD PLUMBER? EXCELLENT! WE'VE GOT WORK WORTH GETTING OUT OF BED FOR.

Sick of the same old jobs? Want to work on proper commercial projects, with a crew that knows what they're doing and a company that's going places? ICG Fleming is looking for qualified Commercial Plumbers who know their trade, take pride in their work and want to be part of a team that gets things done.

We've been plumbing the Riverina for over 60 years. We're well established, we're growing, and we've got a strong pipeline of commercial and industrial projects ahead.

We're not talking about fixing leaking taps all day.

We're talking schools, sporting facilities, aged care developments, industrial facilities, multi-residential projects and major community infrastructure.

Real projects. Real variety. Work you can be proud to put your name to.

THE GIG

You'll be working alongside experienced tradespeople on a diverse range of commercial and industrial plumbing projects across the Riverina and beyond. You'll be expected to know your stuff, get stuck in and take ownership of the quality of your work.

Here's what you'll be doing:

- Installing commercial hydraulic systems across a range of construction projects.
- Reading and interpreting hydraulic drawings and specifications.
- Planning and organising your daily work to keep projects moving.
- Working alongside supervisors, other trades and apprentices to get the job done right.
- Identifying issues early, solving problems and finding better ways to do things.
- Helping develop the next generation of plumbers by sharing your knowledge.
- Taking safety, quality and workmanship seriously. Every day.

You'll have the opportunity to work independently, but you'll never be expected to do it all on your own. We're a team.

We back each other. And we finish what we start.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're not after someone who just turns up, clocks on and waits to be told what to do. We're looking for plumbers who take pride in their trade, think ahead and bring the right attitude to work.

You'll need:

- Trade qualifications and experience in commercial plumbing.
- The ability to confidently read and interpret hydraulic plans.
- A solid work ethic and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- The initiative to work independently and the attitude to work as part of a team.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to plan your work.
- A current White Card and driver's licence.
- Your own hand tools and battery tools.
- A commitment to working safely and looking out for your mates.
- A willingness to travel when projects require it.

And if you're the sort of person who can spot a problem before it becomes a bigger one, even better. No egos. No passengers. Just good people who know how to get the job done.
