About us Horizon Therapy Services is a multidisciplinary allied health organisation committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based and person-centred therapeutic services to children, adolescents and adults. We believe that effective Positive Behaviour Support is not measured by the number of billable hours completed each week, but by the meaningful improvements experienced by clients and their families. Our PBS service operates through a structured, consultative and data-informed model of care where behavioural improvements are achieved through consistent implementation of strategies, regular communication with caregivers and support teams, and timely adjustments to interventions based on observed outcomes.
Benefits
- No billable KPIs – performance is measured by clinical quality and meaningful outcomes, not billable hours
- Manageable caseloads of approximately 10–12 active clients for full-time clinicians
- Hybrid work-from-home arrangement with all consultations and meetings conducted remotely, with occasional in person sessions
- Weekly paid clinical supervision at no cost to the practitioner
- Weekly multidisciplinary team meetings with allied health professionals
- Access to an internal multidisciplinary team for in-person observations or interventions when clinically required
- Professional autonomy to exercise clinical judgement and manage schedules
- Flexible employment arrangements including traditional five-day weeks, four longer days per week, or part-time arrangements negotiated around practitioner availability
