About the role

Working closely with the Practice Director, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of a growing radiology practice. Eclipse Imaging is a locally owned, independent medical imaging practice providing ultrasound and CT services to the Gladstone region.

Key responsibilities

- Leading and supporting the reception and administration team
- Managing daily operations, staff rostering and resources
- Overseeing billing processes and supporting financial performance
- Assisting with bookings, billing and reception
- Maintaining high standards of patient care and customer service
- Managing accreditation, compliance and quality assurance
- Improving workflows, systems and operational efficiency
- Building strong relationships with staff, patients and referrers
- Supporting the continued growth and development of the practice

About you

- Robust leadership,



communication and organisational skills
- Able to confidently manage competing priorities and make decisions
- Excellent attention to detail and takes pride in their work
- Genuine commitment to exceptional patient care
- Practice management experience is desirable but not essential

Position details

- Minimum 4 days per week
- Availability across normal practice operating hours is required; not suitable for school-hours-only availability
