Key Responsibilities

- Conducting Chronic Disease Management Plans and Health Assessments
- Administering Immunisations
- Providing expert Wound Care
- Performing Ear Syringing, ECGs, and Spirometry
- Assisting with Minor Procedures
- Managing Recalls and Cold Chain Vaccine Storage
- Ordering Clinical Stock and Vaccines
- Delivering comprehensive General Practice Support

About You

- Registered Nurse (RN) with current AHPRA registration




- Experience in General Practice nursing (highly regarded)
- Familiarity with chronic disease management (advantageous)
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Professional presentation and a positive, proactive attitude
- Confident verbal and written communication
- Computer literate and comfortable with clinical software systems
