Central Agri Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Primary Products Quality Assurance Officer to join our meat processing operation in Campbellfield, Victoria This role is responsible for supporting and maintaining quality assurance systems to ensure compliance with customer specifications, regulatory requirements, food safety standards, export requirements, and company quality objectives. Key Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain quality assurance, food safety, and compliance programs. Conduct quality inspections and audits throughout processing operations. Verify compliance with HACCP, GMP, SSOP, and other quality systems.

Investigate quality issues and assist with corrective and preventative actions. Maintain accurate quality assurance records, reports, and documentation.



Monitor product specifications and standards to meet domestic and export customer requirements.

Assist with preparation for internal, regulatory, customer, and third-party audits. Liaise with production personnel to ensure quality standards are consistently achieved. Support training initiatives relating to food safety, hygiene, and quality systems.

Assist in maintaining compliance with AUS-MEAT, export, and regulatory requirements. About you You are highly organised, analytical, and committed to maintaining high standards of quality and food safety.

You possess strong communication skills and can work effectively with operational teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Role requirements Relevant qualification in Quality Assurance, Food Science, Agriculture, Animal Science, Meat Processing, or a related field (Or at least 2 years' work experience)

Demonstrated experience in quality assurance, food safety, compliance, or a similar role within the primary production, food manufacturing, or meat processing industry. Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, food safety systems, and quality management principles. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to maintain accurate records and prepare reports. Competent computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
