The role

If you are a seasoned Recruitment Professional with experience managing a specialised senior HR desk and looking for a fresh challenge, this is an opportunity to truly take ownership and build the HR Partners brand. You'll have the autonomy to build your own patch from the ground up, backed by clear career progression as you grow the market.

As a Principal Recruitment Specialist at HR Partners, you would have the opportunity to build a high value Senior HR desk.

- We seek a driving force who will enjoy taking this line of business out to a wider market, the focus will be on promoting innovative flexible HR recruitment solutions to HR leaders across industries
- Strategy, planning and execution of the plan to build a high value HR Recruitment desk focussed explicitly on senior appointments
- The role reports to the National Head and GM of the specialism and will play a key role in building out this capability.
- Be a trusted partner and advisor to our clients as a subject matter expert.
- Be ambitious, driven and results oriented and use these competencies to achieve your goals.
- Be organised and create a good balance between client management,



recruitment and administrative work with a focus on achieving your work objectives.

Your Experience As a Principal Recruitment Specialist, you will bring with you

- At least 6 years of experience in the recruitment industry as a specialised Principal Consultant, Managing Consultant, Sector Recruitment Manager, or Branch Manager, with experience in specialized HR recruitment. We are also happy to speak with Recruitment Consultants from other specialisations such as Finance, Procurement, Legal, or Business Support.
- Experience in building or managing a desk that has focused on high level senior roles.
