We are looking for an experienced Product Owner with strong domain knowledge across Cards, Payments, and Fraud Technology . The role focuses on analysing, designing, delivering, and supporting solutions across complex banking platforms, with particular emphasis on fraud decisioning, card processing, payment transactions, and system integrations.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyse and support end-to-end card and payment transaction flows , including Visa and Mastercard processing.
- Work with fraud detection and decisioning platforms, card-processing applications, and downstream customer communication systems.
- Analyse payment message attributes and transaction data, including ISO 8583 data elements , to support solution design, mapping, and troubleshooting.
- Support card lifecycle and fraud-remediation capabilities such as card blocking/unblocking, card replacement, reset status,



token suspension/unsuspension/deletion and automated remediation .
- Work with card tokenisation, digital wallets, 3DS/CAVV, virtual cards and network token processing .
- Analyse and define API integrations, request/response payloads, event-driven interfaces, and data mappings between applications.
- Investigate application and transaction behaviour using Oracle SQL, logs, dashboards, and observability tools .
- Translate complex business requirements into clear technical requirements, solution flows, interface specifications, and implementation approaches .
- Identify opportunities for automation, Generative AI, NLP and intelligent data-mapping capabilities to improve engineering and operational processes.
