They're looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead the day-to-day running of the production floor, support machine operators and ensure production targets, quality standards and safety requirements are met.

The best part? Work Monday to Thursday, 5:00 am to 3:00 pm, and enjoy every Friday off!

About the role

You'll be responsible for overseeing daily production activities, coordinating people and machinery, and ensuring the production floor operates safely and efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include

- Supervising and supporting machine operators and production staff
- Coordinating daily production schedules, labour and workflow
- Ensuring production targets, deadlines and quality standards are achieved
- Monitoring machinery performance, production output and downtime
- Assisting with machine changeovers, troubleshooting and production issues
- Driving continuous improvement,



efficiency and waste reduction
- Maintaining food safety, workplace health and safety, and quality procedures
- Training, coaching and developing team members
- Supporting the introduction of new machinery and improved production processes
- Working hands-on alongside the team when required

What we're looking for

We're keen to hear from someone with production leadership experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, packaging or a similar manufacturing environment.

You'll ideally have

- Previous experience supervising or leading a production team
- A strong understanding of production processes and packaging machinery
- The ability to coordinate people, priorities and production targets
- A practical, mechanically minded approach to troubleshooting
- Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
- A hands-on leadership style with a focus on accountability and teamwork
- A commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement
- A current forklift licence
- A willingness to work reasonable overtime when production demands require it

Experience working across multiple production lines and supporting machine operators to develop their skills will be highly regarded.
