About the Role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects ranging up to $20M, you will manage projects from initial site handover through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Project Delivery: Oversee programming, financial management, contracts, and site teams across commercial builds up to $20M.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, superintendents, and healthcare/education authorities.
- Subcontractor & Procurement:



Lead procurement processes, trade negotiations, and contract administration.
- Quality & Safety: Enforce strict HSEQ standards tailored to sensitive operational environments like schools and medical centres.
- Financial Control: Manage project budgets, cost forecasting, variations, and monthly claims.

Skills & Experience

- Proven background as a Project Manager within Australian commercial construction.
- Demonstrated experience delivering institutional builds (Education and/or Healthcare experience preferred).
- Track record of managing projects up to $15M–$20M in value.
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Building, or relevant trade background.
- Excellent communication, contract negotiation, and team leadership abilities.
