/n /n /n The opportunity /n The Onset is partnering with a leading Australian media organisation to recruit a Project Manager for a significant transformation of its subscription platforms.

/n The program will consolidate data across multiple mastheads and transition millions of customer and subscription records from legacy systems into a modern, scalable subscription ecosystem.

/n You’ll own the delivery of the data, migration and analytics streams, working closely with technology teams, data specialists, architects, business stakeholders and external vendors.

/n This is an initial 12-month contract within a program expected to run for 18–24 months, potentially longer. Extensions will depend on program progress and business requirements. /n /n What you’ll be doing /n /n

- Own delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, budgets and risk management across the data, migration and analytics streams.

/n

- Coordinate the migration of customer, subscription, billing, product and entitlement data from legacy platforms.

/n

- Drive data profiling, mapping, quality checks and reconciliation to support successful migration waves.

/n

- Coordinate reporting and analytics requirements,



delivery and validation.

/n

- Lead migration readiness, testing, rehearsals, cutover planning and post-launch hypercare.

/n

- Bring internal teams and vendors together to resolve dependencies and maintain delivery momentum.

/n

- Give senior stakeholders clear visibility of progress, risks, trade-offs and decisions.

/n /n /n What you’ll bring /n You’re an experienced Project Manager with a track record of delivering complex data migrations and technology change in large enterprise environments. You can engage confidently with technical specialists while keeping business stakeholders aligned on priorities and outcomes. /n Your experience will include: /n /n

- Delivering data migration initiatives from planning through testing, cutover and operational transition.

/n

- Managing reporting and analytics delivery alongside broader technology change.

/n

- Working with data mapping, quality, reconciliation and governance requirements.

/n

- Coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors across complex legacy and future-state systems.

/n

- Managing delivery risks, competing priorities and senior stakeholder expectations.

/n

- Experience with subscription, customer or billing platforms would be particularly relevant.
