If you're a Project Manager who enjoys having a genuine handle on what's happening across a project, from the program and people through to the commercial numbers, this could be a good next move.

Your new organisation specialises in civil contracting, bulk earthmoving and infrastructure, delivering everything from roads, drainage and earthworks through to more specialised landfill infrastructure projects. With a diverse range of services and an established operational footprint, there's plenty happening across the business.

We're looking for someone who can bring all the moving parts together, keep projects on track and take ownership of the outcomes. Someone who understands that successful delivery isn't just about getting the work done, but making sure it's delivered safely, efficiently and commercially.

You'll have responsibility across the full project lifecycle, working closely with your project team to manage challenges, maintain momentum and deliver on commitments.

It's a role that calls for a practical approach, sound commercial judgement and the confidence to make decisions, have the right conversations and get ahead of issues before they become bigger problems.

If you're ready to take ownership of your projects and make a meaningful contribution to how they're delivered, we'd be keen to chat.

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager / Construction Manager, you'll take responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of your allocated projects.

- Overseeing WHS, environmental and quality requirements, ensuring risks are managed and the right standards are maintained on site.
- Reviewing design and construction requirements to identify potential issues around constructability, sequencing, cost and time.
- Managing project handover and close-out, including commissioning, defects, documentation and contractual completion requirements.

You and your alignment You'll be a capable Project Manager who can balance the detail with the bigger picture. You're comfortable taking ownership, understand the commercial realities of project delivery and know how to bring people together to achieve a common outcome.

You'll ideally bring

- Experience managing projects within civil construction, civil contracting or a similar construction environment.
- A solid understanding of project programming, cost control, forecasting and commercial management.

- Experience coordinating project teams, subcontractors and suppliers to maintain delivery performance.
- The ability to build strong client relationships and manage contractual and commercial discussions.
- A proactive approach to identifying risks, resolving issues and maintaining safety and quality standards.
- A practical leadership style, with the ability to provide direction, develop people and hold teams accountable.
