An exciting prospect has become available for a Property Manager to join our established Property Management team at Bellcourt South Perth.

You would be responsible for managing your own small, well-maintained portfolio, with the support of an experienced Property Management team.

With a dedicated Leasing Agent, outsourced Property Condition Reports and no business development or trust accounting responsibilities, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a manageable portfolio and a positive team environment.

The Role

Your responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:

- Managing your own small portfolio of residential properties only.

- Liaising with property owners, tenants and contractors

- Coordinating and overseeing maintenance in a timely manner

- Conducting routine inspections and final bond inspections

- Monitoring rental arrears and ensuring they are kept to a minimum

- Managing bond lodgements and disposals

- Processing invoices and general Property Management administration.

- Maintaining strong client relationships and delivering a high standard of customer service

About You

We are seeking a motivated, organised and personable individual who takes pride in their work and enjoys building positive relationships with clients.

The ideal candidate will possess:

- Previous experience in Property Management, desirable but not essential
- A sound understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act

- Strong organisational and time management skills





- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A high level of customer service and attention to detail
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team environment
- A proactive and professional approach to Property Management
- A team player
- A current WA Property Management or Sales Registration
- A valid WA driver's licence

This opportunity would suit an experienced Property Manager seeking a smaller, more manageable portfolio, or someone with relevant industry experience looking to progress into a portfolio management role. We are more than happy to offer further learning and support if/when needed.
