About the role

As a Property Manager within the team, you will have the opportunity to manage a select portfolio of properties, ensuring a personalized experience for both clients and tenants. Key responsibilities

- Manage a select portfolio of residential properties

- Provide personalized experience for clients and tenants

- Work independently with excellent time management skills

- Demonstrate strong work ethic and professional demeanor

- Communicate effectively in written and verbal formats

About you

- Minimum five years of experience in sales, customer service, or administration

- Must hold an Agents Representative Certificate or willingness to obtain straight away

- Valid driver's license and readiness to obtain a real estate license promptly

- Proven ability to work independently with excellent time management skills

- Proficient computer and administration skills

- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills





- Strong work ethic and keen willingness to learn

- Communicates well, enjoys working with people, and brings positive energy
