We are seeking motivated and experienced Quality Control Officers to join a dynamic and fun working environment with a leading poultry products manufacturer located in Wingfield, SA.
Please note: We are unable to employ Student Visa holders with restricted or limited working hours.
What we’re looking for:
- A degree in Food Science or a related field
- Previous experience in Quality Control, ideally in the food processing industry
- Strong understanding of HACCP and GMP principles
- At least 5 years of experience working in a food processing environment with general GMP knowledge
- Must be comfortable handling and working around raw poultry products
- Keen attention to detail to ensure quality standards are met on the production line
- Proven experience in QA/QC within food manufacturing
- Experience in food handling or working in a food manufacturing environment
- Excellent data entry and computer skills
