What you’ll be doing

- Coordinate inbound and outbound containers and rail movements

- Manage container locations, bookings and export lists

- Liaise with customers, transport providers and rail operators

- Monitor refrigerated containers and maintain accurate records

- Use systems including Maximus, 1-Stop and TMS

- Support daily rail operations, train schedules and operational planning

- Maintain compliance with rail safety requirements and site procedures

What we’re looking for





- Experience in transport, logistics or rail operations preferred

- Strong computer skills and confidence using operational systems

- Excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving skills
- A proactive, organised approach with a strong focus on safety and customer service
- A current driver’s licence

- Ability to meet ABF compliance requirements, including a clear criminal history

- Flexibility to work reasonable overtime when required
