Your new role

As the Part-Time Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for visitors and assist with general reception and administrative duties.

Working

Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 12:00pm, your responsibilities will include:

- Providing friendly face-to-face service and greeting visitors, including contractors, tradespeople and corporate guests
- Managing the reception inbox and responding to enquiries
- Answering the intercom and providing visitor access through the site gates
- Managing inbound phone calls and directing enquiries appropriately
- Accepting and coordinating incoming deliveries
- Providing general reception and administrative support
- Assisting with day-to-day front-of-house operations





This is a relatively steady-paced reception position and would suit someone who enjoys providing reliable support and maintaining a professional front-of-house environment.

What you'll need to succeed

- Previous reception, administration or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly, professional and approachable manner
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence dealing with a variety of visitors and stakeholders
- Basic computer and administrative skills
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 12:00pm
