About the role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll build strong relationships, source top talent and make successful placements in Canberra. You'll be the go-to expert for candidates and employers, delivering exceptional service and driving revenue.

What you'll do

- Develop recent business and generate job orders
- Source and manage top-tier candidates
- Present your most placeable candidates to employers




- Manage the full recruitment cycle from first contact to placement
- Build your own network and candidate portfolio
- Collaborate with peers and contribute to a culture of excellence

What you bring

- 1+ year of B2B sales experience (or 3+ years of B2C sales)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A results-driven, competitive mindset and a high sense of urgency
- Resilience and a hunger to learn
- A passion for helping people succeed
