About the role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll partner with luxury retail clients across Melbourne, building strong relationships, sourcing top talent and making successful placements. You'll be the go-to expert for both clients and candidates, delivering exceptional service and driving revenue.

What you'll do

- Develop new business and generate job orders with luxury retail clients
- Source and manage top-tier candidates




- Present your most placeable candidates to employers
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from first contact to placement
- Build your own client and candidate portfolio
- Collaborate with peers and contribute to a culture of excellence

What you bring

- 1+ year of B2B sales experience (or 3+ years of B2C sales, such as luxury retail)
- Solid communication and relationship-building skills
- A results-driven, competitive mindset and a high sense of urgency
- Resilience and a hunger to learn
- A passion for helping people succeed
