Recruitment Consultant – Cardiac, Respiratory & Sleep Sciences

Globe Healthcare Australia is looking for a Recruitment Consultant with experience in allied health, medical or nursing recruitment to join our growing team, specialising in the cardiac, respiratory and sleep markets.

You’ll build on a small existing base of business, developing candidate networks, winning clients and growing placements across Australia. If you’re ready to take ownership of the desk, there’s scope to do so. If you’re working towards that stage, you’ll receive the guidance, training and support to get there.

- A competitive base salary reflecting your experience, plus super and uncapped commission

- First-year OTE of up to $175,000 for an experienced recruiter achieving agreed billing targets, comprising base salary and commission

What you’ll be doing

- Manage the recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates through to securing placements and supporting their commencement

- Develop new business by identifying opportunities, building client relationships and re-engaging lapsed accounts

- Qualify vacancies and match candidates based on their skills, experience and career goals

- Build lasting relationships with candidates and clients through regular contact,



meetings and an understanding of their needs

- Meet and exceed agreed gross profit targets and activity KPIs

- Support placements through regular check-ins, issue resolution, extensions and redeployment

- Work closely with compliance and support teams to ensure candidates meet all required checks, training and registration requirements before starting

- Maintain accurate database records and collaborate across the business to identify opportunities

- Uphold commercial, legal, financial and privacy requirements throughout the recruitment process

What we’re looking for

- A track record in healthcare recruitment across allied health, medical or nursing markets

- Experience developing business and building relationships with clients and candidates
- A proactive, commercially minded approach and the motivation to develop your specialist market

- Strong organisation, communication and negotiation skills
- A commitment to providing a reliable, professional service and contributing positively to the team
