You will own the end-to-end talent sourcing, candidate screening, and delivery pipeline for project services, digital transformation, and general IT roles across Australia. Operating in a high-volume agency setting with strict 24–48 hour turnaround SLAs, you will leverage internal databases, automated tools, and passive sourcing strategies to deliver high-quality, job-ready shortlists.

What You'll Do

- High-Speed Talent Sourcing: Search internal Bullhorn databases, LinkedIn Recruiter, and online job portals to build active pipelines for Business Analysts, Data Analysts, Project Managers, and general IT roles.
- Rapid Screening & Vetting: Conduct 15-minute screens to evaluate technical fit, communication skills, compensation expectations, and availability against strict client deadlines.
- Database & Sourcing Strategy: Execute first-step internal database headhunting and AI-driven sourcing before posting job adverts to maximize delivery speed and reduce acquisition costs.
- Compliance & Vetting Management: Verify right-to-work status, background checks, reference checks, and security clearances in alignment with Australian government and panel compliance frameworks.
- Interview Preparation: Prepare and brief shortlisted candidates on client project requirements, role specifications, and interview formats to drive strong placement conversion rates.
- Overflow & Technical Delivery Support:



Act as a versatile team resource by stepping in to support non-technical project roles and managing technical IT overflow during peak vacancy periods.
- Onshore Account Support: Partner directly with onshore Australian Account Managers by presenting fully vetted shortlists and gradually stepping into direct client interaction as operational trust builds.

What You Bring

- Experience & Certifications: Minimum 3–5 years' recruitment agency or in-house resourcing experience, with at least 6–12 months' exposure to IT, project services, or digital transformation roles.
- Core Technical/Specialized Skills: Proficiency with Bullhorn CRM/ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searching, MS 365, and AI-driven sourcing/automation tools.
- Background & Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of project delivery, business analysis, data, and general IT concepts; prior experience in Australian recruitment or familiarity with Australian market landscapes is highly advantageous.
- Technical Translation / Delivery: Proven ability to manage 5–10 active roles weekly and submit 3 fully prepped candidates per vacancy within 24–48 hour client SLAs.
- Working Style: Highly organized, proactive, and resilient professional who plans ahead, manages calendar urgency effectively, and excels in autonomous remote environments.
