/n What Will You Be Doing? You'll spend your day speaking with Australian business owners, understanding their needs and helping them explore funding solutions to support their businesses./n

/n Your responsibilities will include:/n

- Making high-volume outbound calls to warm leads and prospective customers

/n

- Building rapport quickly and creating meaningful conversations with business owners

/n

- Asking the right questions to identify customer needs and sales opportunities

/n

- Qualifying leads and progressing customers through the sales process

/n

- Confidently handling objections and maintaining customer engagement

/n

- Managing follow-ups and maintaining accurate CRM records

/n

- Working towards daily, weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs

/n

- Continuously developing your sales, negotiation and commercial skills

- Previous sales experience, ideally in outbound sales, telesales, business development or phone-based sales
