About the role

You'll work across residential electrical maintenance, helping customers resolve electrical issues, understand their options and make informed decisions about repairs and upgrades. Alongside completing the work, you'll have the opportunity to identify additional requirements, provide quotes and turn those opportunities into approved jobs. You'll have the backing of our office and dispatch team, while taking ownership of your work and managing your jobs professionally.

Key responsibilities

- Diagnose electrical faults and carry out residential repairs and maintenance.
- Complete lighting, power point, switchboard and general electrical works.
- Identify safety concerns and recommend practical solutions.
- Quote repairs, upgrades and additional work.
- Explain your recommendations clearly so customers can make informed decisions.
- Convert opportunities into approved work through good communication and sound technical advice.
- Complete approved work to a high standard.
- Manage your jobs efficiently and keep the office informed.
- Maintain high standards of safety, workmanship and customer service.
- Support apprentices and contribute to a positive team culture where required.

About you

- A qualified electrician with the appropriate NSW electrical licence.
- Experience in residential electrical maintenance and fault-finding.
- Someone who takes pride in their workmanship and gets the job done properly.




- Confident communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues in plain English.
- Commercial awareness — you understand the value of identifying problems, presenting options and quoting work.
- The ability to work independently, make sound decisions and manage your time.
- Someone who takes responsibility for their jobs and wants to keep improving.
