/n We seek a Retail store leader who creates innovative ideas, builds solid connections and has a preference and passion to work with an international brand. /n About the Role: /n As our Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in guiding and mentoring our Chocolate Ambassadors by: /n /n

- Supporting an energetic team to create meaningful relationships with customers by providing a unique chocolate experience.

/n

- Delegating, coaching and leading employees on their daily operations, service and collaboration

/n

- Assisting with roster and budget management

/n

- Leading from the front with passion and expertise with customers on product knowledge and preparation

/n

- Deploy visual merchandising strategies and promotional changes

/n

- Assisting in developing and leading the team to future successes

/n /n





/n What we would like you to bring: /n /n

- Demonstrated previous customer service experience in a QSR, retail or hospitality environment where you have managed your tasks with clear communication, enthusiasm and passion

/n

- Previous Barista experience desirable

/n

- An ability to grow your local community and drive return sales and loyalty

/n

- Strong time management skills, ability to work effectively and independently with deadlines.

/n

- Strong rapport building abilities to assist to lead and coach a team of Chocolate Ambassadors
