/n Retail Manager | Full-Time | Bonnyrigg Priceline Pharmacy /n As our Retail Manager, you will be the heart of our Bonnyrigg store, overseeing day-to-day operations, inspiring your team, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. You will play a key role in driving sales, maintaining retail excellence, and representing a trusted and loved brand in the community. /n /n Key Responsibilities: /n Working with the Managing Partner you will: /n /n

- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales and service targets.

- Manage daily store operations, including compliance, inventory control, and stock availability.

- Execute promotional activities and maintain exceptional store presentation to enhance the customer experience.

/n

- Train and support team members to build product knowledge, service excellence, and performance.

/n

- Analyse sales results, identify growth opportunities, and resolve customer issues to drive business success.

- Previous management experience – ideally in a retail setting

- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
