Spectra Recruitment is proud to partner with a well-established manufacturing and distribution company seeking an experienced Warehouse Machine Operator/Storeperson to join their team in Wacol. Role Overview:
This is a hands-on role working across warehouse operations, including machine operation, loading/unloading, and customer interaction. You’ll play a key role in ensuring products are handled safely, accurately, and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate overhead/gantry cranes and warehouse machinery safely and efficiently
- Load and unload trucks and customer vehicles
- Forklift operation (daily use)
- Assist customers with a professional and friendly approach
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workspace
- Follow and promote strict safety procedures
Mandatory Requirements – Please do not apply if you do not meet the below:
- Proven experience operating gantry cranes (essential)
- Current forklift licence (essential)
- Experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or production environment
- Strong understanding of secure loading and unloading practices
To Be Successful:
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Safety-focused with good awareness of site procedures
- Able to work both independently and within a team
- Confident communicator
- Available for Monday–Friday work with early starts

- Monday to Friday | 5:30am – 2:30pm
